Thomas’s career began with managing major industrial projects abroad in cement manufacturing and power generation, primarily in Asia and Saudi Arabia.
These multimillion-dollar projects, often involving international companies and demanding clientele, required strong leadership, negotiation skills, and multilingual fluency in German, English, French, and Spanish.

- Proven expertise as a tough but fair negotiator, with excellent communication skills.

Returning to Switzerland, Thomas founded a construction company that evolved from industrial buildings to private and commercial property conversions. He grew the business to generate multimillion-dollar sales and built a reputation for quality and dedication.
