Casa Azul

This small but exquisite project was based on the concept of a traditional Costa Rican house, the “Casa bananero.” The excellent ventilation concepts of this historic house, dating back to a time when there was no electricity, were adopted and incorporated into a modern design. The house is also equipped with a solar power system and solar thermal energy.

This gem was created through close and professional collaboration between Falk Engineering & Design, Falk Construction Consulting, and the company’s affiliated and self-trained contractors.
